The Sten - Erik Olsson Fellowship

The Laboratory for Comparative Orthopaedic Research at Michigan State University is pleased to announce the creation of the Sten-Erik Olsson Fellowship in comparative orthopaedic research. This one year, post-doctoral research fellowship (July 1 to June 30) is open to veterinarians, physicians, and osteopaths who have completed a surgical residency or an advanced degree as well as basic scientists. The annual stipend is $25,000 (fringe benefits are not included). Fellows will be exposed to various techniques in comparative musculoskeletal research including experimental design, tissue/cell culture procedures, histological processing and analysis, and the biomechanical testing of connective tissue.
